Traffic records in Logan County may be in Logan County District Court or Oakley Municipal Court. The 15th Judicial District traffic tickets page applies to district court traffic tickets. Oakley municipal citations are handled through Oakley Municipal Court. Both courts are on West 2nd Street in Oakley, but they are not the same court and do not use the same address.

The portal is useful for eligible district traffic payments, but it does not replace a court call when a required appearance or no-fine ticket is involved.

Pay or Contest Logan County Tickets
For district tickets, the due date is printed at the bottom of the ticket. Failure to Pay Traffic Records
The district traffic page says failure to take care of a traffic ticket by the due date may result in driver's license suspension under K.S.A. 8-2110. If a Kansas driver is suspended for failing to comply with a ticket, a $122 reinstatement fee will be assessed to the case. Out-of-state drivers may owe reinstatement fees to their own state.
Out-of-state drivers are responsible for producing proof of payment or compliance. The Kansas court can send a notice to provide to the state motor vehicle department upon request. A person who thinks a traffic failure-to-comply issue is affecting license status should check both the court case and the state driver record path.
Important: Paying online may not clear a required court appearance or a separate out-of-state motor vehicle hold.

That municipal contact matters because Oakley traffic cases may not follow the same payment and records path as district traffic tickets.
Traffic Record vs Driver Record
A court traffic record and a state driver record are separate files. The court record follows the citation through District Court or Municipal Court. A driver record is maintained through Kansas driver and motor vehicle channels and may show driver-history data, license status, or authorized motor vehicle record information.

Traffic diversion in Logan County is handled through the county attorney contact path.
